Install the stirring attachment in the bowl. Add water, chicken chunks, carrot, celery, onion, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.

Once the program finishes, hold the knob for 3 seconds to stop. Remove the lid carefully and check that chicken is tender and fully cooked.
