Pause and hold knob 3 seconds to stop heating. Remove stirring attachment. Install knife. On touchscreen: select Food Processor → Speed 10, Time 3 min → press knob to start.Return to gentle heating mode and pour in heavy cream. Stir gently for 2 minutes to warm through without boiling.
Remove knife. Install stirring attachment. On touchscreen: select Manual → set 80°C, Speed 1, Time 2 min → press knob to start.Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
