Tender, naturally sweet baked apples with a warm spice coating. A simple, wholesome dessert that requires minimal ingredients and brings out the apple's natural caramel flavour.

Wash the apples thoroughly under running water. Using a knife or small spoon, carefully core each apple from the top, removing the seed core and creating a small cavity. If desired, sprinkle a tiny pinch of cinnamon and salt inside each cavity.
Pour 100 ml of water into the AENO GastroLab CR1S bowl. Install the steamer basket. Place the cored apples upright in the steamer basket, ensuring they do not touch the water below.
Install steamer basket. Pour water into bowl. Place apples in steamer basket. Install lid. On touchscreen: select Steam mode. Confirm time shows 25 min. Press knob to start.Once steaming is complete, carefully remove the apples from the steamer basket using a spoon or tongs. They will be very soft and hot. Transfer to serving bowls or plates.
