Ingredients

4
dark chocolate200 g
butter150 g
eggs4 pcs
sugar100 g
all-purpose flour40 g
cocoa powder1 tbsp
vanilla extract1 tsp

Steps

1

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease four ramekins (200 ml each) with butter.

5 min💡 Use ramekins with thick walls for even cooking.
2

Combine chocolate and butter in the GastroLab bowl.

GastroLab:Install stirring attachment. On touchscreen: select Manual → set 85°C, Speed 1, Time 3 min → press knob to start.
3 min💡 Melt gently to avoid burning the chocolate. Stir occasionally during heating.
3

Remove bowl and let cool slightly. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.

2 min💡 Add ingredients while chocolate is still warm but not hot.
4

Blend the mixture until smooth and fully combined.

GastroLab:Replace stirring attachment with knife. On touchscreen: select Food Processor → set Speed 6, Time 2 min → press knob to start.
2 min💡 Ensure eggs are fully incorporated and mixture is homogeneous.
5

Fold in flour by hand using a spatula (GastroLab off).

1 min💡 Fold gently to keep the batter airy. Do not overmix.
6

Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins.

2 min💡 Fill each ramekin about 3/4 full. Place on a baking sheet.
7

Bake in preheated oven for 12–14 minutes until edges are firm but center is soft.

14 min💡 The center should jiggle slightly when gently shaken; do not overbake.
8

Remove from oven and let rest 1 minute. Invert onto plates or serve in ramekins.

1 min💡 Work quickly while warm. Use a warm plate or spoon to help invert if needed.
Chef's note: Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of raspberry coulis. The molten chocolate center is best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven.
