Mixed salad greens200 g

Steps

Measure water (800 ml) into the GastroLab bowl. Add salt.

GastroLab:Install stirring attachment. On touchscreen: select Manual โ†’ set 98ยฐC, Speed 1, Time 20 min โ†’ press knob to start.
โฑ 15 min๐Ÿ’ก The device will preheat the water to a gentle simmer. Wait for it to reach temperature (about 5 minutes into the program).

Once water is simmering, carefully add the raw chicken cubes (3-4 cm pieces) through the top opening. Do NOT remove the lid.

GastroLab:Pause the knob. Lift lid edge slightly, drop in chicken cubes, replace lid immediately. Press knob to resume.
โฑ 15 min๐Ÿ’ก Chicken cubes of 3-4 cm will cook safely in 15 minutes at a gentle simmer (98ยฐC). Do not exceed 2.3 L capacity.

When the GastroLab timer beeps, hold the knob for 3 seconds to stop. Let cool for 2 minutes, then carefully drain the chicken using a colander or slotted spoon. Discard cooking water.

GastroLab:Hold knob 3 seconds to cancel. Remove bowl when safe to handle.
โฑ 2 min๐Ÿ’ก Reserve the chicken; it will be tender and fully cooked through. Cool slightly for easier handling.

Place cooled chicken in a large bowl. Shred or cut into bite-sized pieces if desired.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper to make the dressing.
