Prepare all ingredients: cut chicken into 3-4 cm pieces, dice carrots and onions finely, rinse rice.
Install the stirring attachment. Add oil, onion, and carrot to the bowl. Select Manual mode, set 100°C, Speed 2, Time 5 min. Press knob to start. Sauté until onions soften.
Install stirring attachment. On touchscreen: select Manual → set Temperature 100°C, Speed 2, Time 5 min → press knob to start.Add chicken pieces and rinsed rice to the bowl. Select Manual mode, set 100°C, Speed 2, Time 40 min. Press knob to start. The device will simmer the chicken, rice, and vegetables together until fully cooked.
On touchscreen: select Manual → set Temperature 100°C, Speed 2, Time 40 min → press knob to start.When the program stops, carefully remove the bowl from the device (use oven mitts—it will be hot). Remove the stirring attachment. Let the pilaf rest for 2–3 minutes. Fluff with a fork and adjust salt to taste.
