Prepare all ingredients: cut chicken into 3-4 cm pieces, dice carrots and onions finely, rinse rice.

When the program stops, carefully remove the bowl from the device (use oven mitts—it will be hot). Remove the stirring attachment. Let the pilaf rest for 2–3 minutes. Fluff with a fork and adjust salt to taste.
