Install stirring attachment. On touchscreen: select Manual → set 100°C, Speed 6, Time 3 min → press knob to start.Add chicken cubes. Stir and cook until the surface is sealed (no longer raw-pink).
On touchscreen: adjust Time to 4 min → press knob to start.Add rinsed rice and broth. Stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
On touchscreen: adjust Time to 25 min → press knob to start.Once the timer stops, let it rest in the bowl (lid on) for 2–3 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Check that rice is tender and chicken is fully cooked (no pink inside).
Remove the bowl from the CR1S. Keep lid on for resting time.Divide into bowls, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
